ABOUT US
We are the first and single 100% Romanian company specialized in sustainable passenger rights, especially those transported by air. We are exclusively dedicated to this area of operation, which gives us a high degree of competence and recognition.
Our company is able to ease the long and cumbersome process of applications for compensation. We assume the role to investigate the validity and eligibility of an application, to handle all our re-quests and negotiations with transport companies to gather relevant data and documents that may be needed for challenging or confirming the usual excuses submitted by the airlines. When necessary, we support and manage the trial process by involving partner law firms - firms that we selected based on our history and experience in this field.
